WordPress became a primary professional focus for her in 2014, when she taught herself web design and development through the software. She has spoken at WordCamps in Miami, Kent, Los Angeles, Austin, Orlando, Boston, NYC, and Phoenix. She has also spoken at WordCamp US, WordSesh EMA, WP Campus, Laravel PHP, and Fem Tech Conf. She is currently a content freelancer, LinkedIn Learning Course instructor and co-founder of the Underrepresented in Tech database.
