WordFest Live – a global 24-hour celebration of WordPress – will bring our community together in a safe environment. We are enabling freedom of movement to connect with people within the virtual event space.

WordFest Live is the Festival of WordPress, and you will have the opportunity to be featured during sessions, on stage, and backstage in our virtual ‘tents’. Connect with more than 3,500 attendees from the WordPress community.
Your support will go towards the Big Orange Heart Foundation, a registered non-profit. 100% of the money raised will go directly into the further development of
the BOH Support Hub, the delivery mechanism for our free well-being and mental health support into the remote working community.
Where and when?

WordFest Live is an online festival designed to be accessible for all. The event will kick off on March 4th, 2022, from 00:00 UTC; see your local time here. Below are the local times as we travel.
- We start in Australia at 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM ACDT.
- Then onto Asia arriving 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST.
- Next up it’s Africa from 10 AM until 2 PM CAT.
- Then to Europe at 12 PM through 4 PM GMT.
- The next stop is South America starting 1 PM to 5 PM BRT.
- Then finally to North America at 2 AM until 6 PM CST.
You can also chill out in Antarctica all day (see what we did there)! Yes, our unique Community Tent is a great place to chill out with friends and colleagues and connect with potential customers directly.
This will be the third time around for WordFest Live. With both events over-delivered in every possible way – smashing our attendee target by more than 17%! So now you have a unique opportunity to feature across WordFest Live.

At WordFest Live we offer live human captioning to make our event more accessible for all attendees. This comes at a cost, particularly when you consider that it is a 24-hour global event. To cover the cost, we have opened up sponsorship opportunities for individuals and companies to step in and help out (2 for each continent). In exchange you get to have your brand highly visible across our global stages, it is a low-touch way to be seen by a global audience.
A fun way to enable attendees to jump in our virtual photo booth and take a snap of them at WordFest Live. Check out some of the photos from WordFest Live – July 2021. As a thank you for your support, we’ll add your logo to the photo frame. We’ll encourage attendees to share their WordFest Live experience on social media with their photo booth snaps. Our Global Package offers the highest level of value with the greatest amount of exposure for a full 12 months. The Big Orange Heart Global Package is an annual sponsorship opportunity. Our $25,000 annual sponsorship gives you access to everything the charity runs throughout the year:
