Since 2019, life has thrown some pretty big challenges my way. This has inspired me to create my own toolbox of techniques that I’ve used to heal and grow. What I did not expect is being able to apply these same lessons to my professional life. Changing my outlook helped me get through a pandemic year and also made it a year of unexpected professional growth. This talk will focus on using techniques like meditation and affirmations to increase confidence and find more joy in your professional life. I’m not a practitioner or healer, just a person who is learning how to ease her anxiety and find more joy in each day.
