Growing Your Agency or Business Internationally

COVID has taught us that we live in a connected world, with Automattic itself being a complete remote company with nearly 2000 employees, it goes to show that the world is indeed our oyster. Finding new and innovative ways of reaching new clients and markets is crucial in an increasingly competitive world and I will aim to help navigate the do’s & don’ts and some suggestions on how a freelancer or an agency can grow their business internationally. From both a sourcing to a marketing point of view, having a holistic approach to what’s next for your career or business is the big question you should be asking yourself and that is what I will aim to answer.
