Embracing the Shift from Office to WFH at Strattic
Until March 2020 Strattic was an office-centric company, and then Covid hit. We spent the next three months working from home, and discovered that we could continue to succeed in this new environment. By July we had made it official – Strattic was going fully remote. But while WFH had a lot of advantages for us (no wasted time on commutes, ability to hire anywhere, etc.), it also brought with it many challenges related to communication and balance.
In this talk I’ll discuss how we made the transition, lessons learned, and new policies that we set in place to not only make the most of the situation, but to thrive.
